Site information
Privacy and contact data.
Updated September 22, 2026
This page describes how the Unixono website uses information. For questions about your data, email info@unixono.com.
When you contact us
If you email us, you share your email address and the information included in the message. We use that information to understand your inquiry, reply, and continue the conversation you started.
The form asks for your name, email, reason for contacting us, and message. Company, phone, and specific topic are optional. The inquiry is sent by email through Resend and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify the submission and reduce automated messages.
The form may include information about how you reached the site: campaign, landing page, referring site, and date. That information accompanies the inquiry to help us understand how you found Unixono.
Share only the information needed to discuss the problem. Do not include passwords, access credentials, or confidential information belonging to third parties.
When you chat with Uni
Uni is the website’s virtual assistant. The MyBots widget loads when you open the chat. It asks for your name when the conversation starts and processes the messages you send so it can respond and continue the exchange. If you voluntarily share an email address, phone number, or other contact information in the chat, that information becomes part of the conversation.
The widget uses Firebase to keep the conversation updated in real time. It also stores session and conversation identifiers, together with any contact details you entered, in your browser so the exchange can be continued. Do not send passwords, access credentials, or confidential information.
Navigation and measurement
The site stores a visit-origin record in your browser under the key unixono.origen. It includes the landing page, date, referrer, and campaign parameters when present. It remains until you clear the site data in your browser.
The local record does not include anything entered in the form. If you submit an inquiry, the origin information may be attached to the message.
Google Tag Manager is enabled to manage the site's measurement tags. Events defined by the site do not include the text of your inquiry.
Microsoft Clarity is enabled to review interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. The form is marked so that its content is masked.
Services involved
When you open a website, the hosting service receives technical information needed to deliver its pages, including the IP address and browser request. If you use Uni, MyBots and Firebase are involved in providing the chat. If you open an email link, your email application and the email providers involved handle the message.
Images, fonts, and the brand video are served as website files. You do not need an account to read the content.
Questions about information you shared
To ask for access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, email info@unixono.com and identify the conversation you mean. Do not include sensitive documents in the first message; we may request the context needed to identify the inquiry.
Changes to this page
This page should be updated when the contact channels or tools used by the website change. The date above shows the latest content review.
